The principles of Isadora Duncan's philosophy and technique are based on sinuous and spiral movements inspired by the cycles and elements of nature. The dance develops in waves, where the end of one movement always marks the beginning of another, connecting students with their inner nature and encouraging them to express their ideas and emotions authentically, spontaneously, and creatively.
