Sobre
The goal of this series of workshops is to offer participants an immersion in different practices, promoting new ways of perceiving, listening to, and relating to their own experiences. Each month, we will hold a workshop, seeking to foster mindfulness and expanded awareness through movement, perception, and reflection.
The workshops will be held in person on the second Saturday of each month from May to November.
Each meeting will last three hours, with the presentation of two different practices, which will be shared in relationships, providing adequate time for immersion and deepening of the experiences.
This series of meetings is part of the project A Multidimensional Approach to Presence, created by Mila Mogui and organized in collaboration with Karise Woiciechoski and Luana Vieira, at MATHA - School of Body Phenomenology, in Arraial d'Ajuda, Porto Seguro.
